Draft of the United States Withdrawal from the United Nations Act
Section 1: Title This Act shall be known as the “United States Withdrawal from the United Nations Act.”
Section 2: Withdrawal from Membership The United States shall formally withdraw its membership from the United Nations effective immediately upon the enactment of this Act. The President is directed to notify the Secretary-General of the United Nations of this withdrawal.
Section 3: Banishment of the United Nations The United Nations, its agencies, and any affiliated organizations are hereby banished from the United States and its territories. All United Nations properties and offices within the United States shall be vacated within 30 days of the enactment of this Act.
Section 4: Restrictions on Meetings with U.N. Members
- Current and future members of the United Nations are prohibited from meeting with any elected officials of the United States, including but not limited to members of Congress, the President, and state officials.
- Any U.N. member found to be in violation of this provision shall be subject to penalties as outlined in Section 5 of this Act.
Section 5: Visa and Access Revocation
- All visas granted to current members of the United Nations shall be immediately revoked.
- Access privileges to the United States for any current U.N. member are hereby terminated.
Section 6: Trespassing Penalties
- Any current member of the United Nations found within the borders of the United States or its territories after the enactment of this Act shall be charged with trespassing.
- Penalties for trespassing may include imprisonment for up to one year and/or fines as deemed appropriate by a court of law.
Section 7: Effective Date This Act shall take effect immediately upon passage.
