Section 3: Prohibition of Interference

- No entity, business, or organization based in the U.S. may use its position, resources, or social standing to influence the political or electoral processes of a foreign nation.
Section 4: Penalties for Violations
- Any U.S. citizen or public official found in violation of this Act shall be charged with treason and may face the following penalties:
- A minimum sentence of 10 years imprisonment.
- Extradition to the foreign nation affected, if applicable.
- Any business or entity found to have violated this Act shall face fines up to $5,000,000, and individuals involved may be subject to similar penalties as outlined for citizens.
Section 5: Enforcement and Implementation
- The Department of Justice shall be responsible for the enforcement of this Act, including investigations and prosecutions of violations.
- The Department of State shall work with international authorities to facilitate any necessary extraditions related to violations of this Act.
Section 6: Severability
If any provision of this Act is found to be unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
Section 7: Effective Date
This Act shall take effect immediately upon enactment.
