Subject: Termination of Membership and Relations with The World Trade Organization

By the Authority Vested in Me as President of the United States of America

Section 1. Purpose This Executive Order is issued to terminate the United States’ membership in the World Trade Organization (WTO) and to prohibit any further engagement or communication with the organization.

Section 2. Cancellation of Membership Effective immediately, the United States shall cancel its membership in the World Trade Organization. All ties, relations, and communications with the WTO are hereby severed.

Section 3. Prohibition of Activities

1. The World Trade Center is hereby prohibited from holding any meetings or establishing physical offices within the United States.
2. No federal, state, or local government agency shall engage in any activities related to the WTO.

Section 4. Enforcement

1. Any individual or entity that violates this Executive Order shall be considered a threat to national sovereignty and security.
2. Violators shall be arrested immediately and held without bail until trial, with legal proceedings to be expedited.

Section 5. Severability If any provision of this Executive Order is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Section 6. Effective Date This Executive Order shall take effect immediately upon its issuance.
