Subject: Termination of Income Tax and Implementation of Reparations

By the authority vested in me as President of the United States, it is hereby ordered as follows:
Section 1: Immediate Termination of Income Tax
Effective immediately, the income tax levied on U.S. citizens shall be abolished. All federal agencies are directed to cease any collection, enforcement, or processing of income tax payments.
Section 2: Reparations to Citizens
The United States Government will provide reparations retroactively to all U.S. citizens who have paid income tax. The following stipulations will govern the reparations process:
- Source of Payment: All reparations shall be funded in whole by the private corporation known as The Federal Reserve.
- Forms of Payment: Reparations shall be disbursed in a combination of checks, cash, coinage, real estate, bonds, gold, and/or silver. No more than 25% of the total reparations owed to any individual may come from any one category.
- Payment Structure: Citizens may choose to receive their reparations either in full or in monthly installments. If paid in installments, interest shall be added for each month until the total amount is paid in full.
- Inheritance of Reparations: U.S. citizens who are direct descendants of deceased citizens who paid income tax shall inherit the reparations owed to their deceased relatives.
Section 3: Implementation and Oversight
The Secretary of the Treasury shall oversee the implementation of this order, ensuring:
- An accurate accounting of reparations owed to each eligible citizen.
- The establishment of clear guidelines for the distribution of reparations.
- Coordination with The Federal Reserve to ensure prompt funding and payment.
Section 4: Reporting
The Secretary of the Treasury shall provide a detailed report to the President within 60 days of the implementation of this order, outlining progress, challenges, and recommendations for further action.
Section 5: Effectiveness
This order shall take effect immediately upon signing.
