Property Protection Act
Section 1: Title and Purpose
1.1 This Act shall be known as the “Property Protection Act.”
1.2 The purpose of this Act is to safeguard the rights of U.S. citizens regarding their real estate property against unauthorized trespassing, intrusion, search, or seizure by individuals, organizations, corporations, services, or entities.
Section 2: Definitions
2.1 Property: For the purposes of this Act, “property” refers exclusively to real estate, defined as land and any structures affixed to it.
2.2 U.S. Citizen: Any individual who is a citizen of the United States as defined by federal law.
2.3 Deed: A legal document that conveys ownership of real estate.
2.4 In Lieu of Deed: A valid document or agreement demonstrating ownership or rights to occupy real estate.
Section 3: Protections Granted
3.1 All U.S. citizens holding a valid deed or in lieu of a deed shall be protected under this Act from any unauthorized trespassing, intrusion, search, or seizure of their real estate property.
3.2 No individual, organization, corporation, service, or entity shall have the authority to enter, search, or seize real estate property without explicit consent from the property owner or without a valid warrant issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.
Section 4: Violations and Penalties
4.1 Any violation of this Act shall result in penalties, including:
a. Fines: – First Offense: Up to $10,000 – Subsequent Offenses: Up to $25,000 per violation
b. Imprisonment: – Individuals found guilty of violating this Act may be subject to imprisonment for up to 2 years for a first offense, with subsequent offenses resulting in up to 5 years of imprisonment.
4.2 All fines collected under this Act shall be directed to a fund established for the protection and advocacy of property rights.
Section 5: Enforcement
5.1 This Act shall be enforced by local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.
5.2 Property owners who believe their rights under this Act have been violated may file a complaint with the appropriate law enforcement agency.
5.3 Law enforcement agencies shall investigate all complaints promptly and take necessary action against violators.
Section 6: Severability
6.1 If any provision of this Act is found to be unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
Section 7: Effective Date
7.1 This Act shall take effect immediately upon enactment.
Section 8: Review
8.1 This Act shall be reviewed every five years to assess its effectiveness and make necessary amendments to ensure the protection of property rights.
