An Act to Define and Regulate the Creation and Implementation of Laws
Section 1: Purpose of the Act
This Act is established to ensure that all laws created and implemented in the United States are not primarily motivated by financial gain or loss, thereby protecting the rights and welfare of U.S. citizens.
Section 2: Definition of Law
- Law: For the purposes of this Act, “law” shall include any statute, regulation, ordinance, or any other form of legally binding rule enacted by federal, state, or local government bodies.
Section 3: Prohibited Motivations
- Revenue-Driven Legislation: No law shall be enacted with the primary purpose of increasing revenue, commerce, sales, profit, budget, or finances.
- Value-Decreasing Legislation: No law shall be enacted with the intent to decrease the value of an individual’s net worth, property, or investments.
Section 4: Invalidity of Laws
- Voiding of Laws: Any law found to have been enacted for the purposes outlined in Section 3 shall be declared void and unenforceable.
- Review Mechanism: A review process shall be established to evaluate existing laws and identify those that violate this Act.
Section 5: Protection of Citizens
- Consumer Protections: This Act is designed to protect U.S. citizens from being compelled to make purchases against their will due to the influence of laws.
- Investment Safeguards: This Act aims to safeguard citizens from laws that may adversely affect the value of their investments or properties.
Section 6: Enforcement and Penalties
- Criminal Penalties: Any individual found to be in violation of this Act or promoting its overturn or invalidation shall be subject to criminal penalties as defined by law.
- Definition of Prostitution: For the purposes of this Act, “criminal prostitution” refers to the act of promoting or facilitating illegal activities related to the manipulation or invalidation of laws for personal gain.
Section 7: Jurisdiction
- Enforcement: This Act shall be enforced at all levels of government, including federal, state, and local jurisdictions.
Section 8: Severability
- If any provision of this Act is found to be invalid or unconstitutional, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Section 9: Effective Date
- This Act shall take effect immediately upon passage and approval.
