- Fines: Any entity found to be in violation of this Act shall be subject to fines determined by the severity and frequency of the violation.
- Loss of Business License: Repeated violations may result in the suspension or revocation of the business license of the offending entity.
- Reporting: Consumers may report suspected violations to relevant authorities for investigation.
