Subject: Immediate Ban on Misinformation and Non-Truths

By the authority vested in me as President of the United States, it is hereby ordered as follows:
Section 1: Purpose and Scope
In recognition of the critical importance of accurate information to the functioning of our democracy and the well-being of our society, this Executive Order mandates the immediate banishment of all misinformation and non-truths. This initiative aims to protect the public from the harmful effects of false information and to promote a culture of accountability in content creation and dissemination.
Section 2: Responsibility for Content
- All citizens and entities engaged in the creation, publication, distribution, or curation of content shall be held fully responsible for the accuracy of that content.
- Individuals and organizations found to produce or disseminate inaccurate content shall be subject to fines and/or imprisonment, as determined by the appropriate legal authorities.
Section 3: Removal of Inaccurate Content
- Any content identified as inaccurate prior to the issuance of this Order shall be removed from circulation immediately.
- Mechanisms will be established to report and review content for accuracy, ensuring a thorough and swift response to misinformation.
Section 4: Labeling of Fictional Content
- All fictional content created for entertainment or artistic purposes must be clearly labeled as “Fiction.”
- The label shall appear on every printed and digital page in a font size no smaller than 10% of the page, using a color from the following options: red, yellow, or orange. The label must be bold and easily visible.
- In films and movies, the “Fiction” label shall be displayed on every frame, from beginning to end, ensuring clarity for all viewers.
Section 5: Enforcement and Penalties
- Violations of this Order, including the dissemination of inaccurate content or failure to comply with labeling requirements, shall incur penalties equivalent to those outlined in Section 2.
- A dedicated task force will be established to monitor compliance and enforce the provisions of this Order.
Section 6: Implementation
- This Order shall take effect immediately and shall be enforced to the fullest extent of the law.
- The appropriate federal agencies will coordinate the implementation of this Order, ensuring that all necessary resources and procedures are in place to uphold its provisions.
Section 7: Conclusion
The integrity of information is paramount to the preservation of our democratic values and the health of our society. This Executive Order is a commitment to ensuring that all citizens can access reliable and truthful information, free from the damaging effects of misinformation.
