Executive Order No. 2500
Subject: Annexation and Designation of Military Base along the U.S.-Mexico Border
By the authority vested in me as President of the United States, and in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the United States, I hereby order the following:
Section 1: Annexation of Territory
Effective immediately, the United States will annex a one-tenth of a mile area south of the U.S.-Mexico border, extending from the Gulf of Mexico to the Pacific Ocean. This area will be designated as a military base of the United States Armed Forces.
Section 2: Designation and Security Measures
- The annexed area shall be strictly restricted to military personnel and authorized individuals only.
- Access to the area by the general public is prohibited, and any unauthorized entry will be subject to immediate detention.
Section 3: Detention Protocols
- Any individuals found trespassing within the designated military base will be detained and transferred to Guantanamo Bay Prison for processing and further actions, consistent with U.S. law and military protocols.
- Detention procedures will be carried out by the United States military in coordination with law enforcement agencies.
Section 4: Diplomatic Considerations
- This order will be communicated to the Government of Mexico to seek cooperation and acknowledgment of the annexation.
- Should the Government of Mexico refuse to acknowledge this annexation or fails to take necessary actions to secure its border with the United States, the U.S. military is authorized to take all necessary measures, including the use of force, to enforce this order and establish security in the annexed area.
Section 5: Implementation and Oversight
- The Secretary of Defense is directed to oversee the implementation of this Executive Order.
- Regular reports shall be submitted to the President regarding the status of the annexation and security measures.
Section 6: Effective Date
This Executive Order shall take effect immediately and remain in effect until further notice.
