Subject: Enforcement of Immigration Laws and Detention of Illegal Aliens

By the authority vested in me as President of the United States, it is hereby ordered as follows:
Section 1: Definition of Illegal Aliens
All non-citizens residing in the United States without legal documentation shall be classified as Illegal Aliens.
Section 2: Immediate Action on Illegal Aliens
- Arrest and Detention: Effective immediately, all Illegal Aliens shall be apprehended by federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies.
- Identification Procedures: Upon arrest, the identity and likeness of each Illegal Alien shall be recorded and entered into a secure database maintained by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
- Deportation: Following identification, all Illegal Aliens shall be deported in accordance with established immigration laws.
Section 3: Criminal Suspects
Any Illegal Alien suspected of committing a crime shall be detained and transported to Guantanamo Bay detention facility pending investigation and determination of their legal status. This measure is intended to ensure public safety while due process is upheld.
Section 4: Coordination and Implementation
The Secretary of Homeland Security shall coordinate with relevant federal, state, and local agencies to:
- Ensure the effective implementation of this order.
- Maintain the database for tracking Illegal Aliens.
- Facilitate the deportation process.
Section 5: Reporting
The Secretary of Homeland Security shall submit a report to the President within 90 days detailing the progress of this order, including the number of apprehensions, deportations, and any challenges encountered.
Section 6: Effectiveness
This order shall take effect 180 days upon signing and publicly announced providing enough time for deportations or registering for legal citizenship.
